The Raanana municipal swimming pool in Lev Hapark offers a lot more than just a pool. You could actually use it as a country club with the advantage that you can pay for each facility independently and not necessarily as a package deal. For non-Raanana residents it does not pay as there are other pools in the area which charge a lot less, however if you are from Raanana this is the best value for your money as far as pools go.

If you do want to look further afield try the swimming pools in Batsra, the Sharon pool at the Kfar Saba junction or Nordau pool in hertzalia.

ReplyDeleteI have a daughter about to enter the army and, not having gone through that experience myself, I'd love an English-language information source here about that.
Just one suggestion for you: Make sure you are moderating comments before they're published, as there's no end of opinionated trolls who'll be salivating over this new outlet for their gripes.
